Open Sesame merges the two worlds of band leader Joe Fiedler: music director for Sesame Street—for the past thirteen seasons as well as internationally recognized jazz trombonist. The group presents Fiedler's unique and slightly edgy arrangements of Sesame Street classics. This event features a family friendly, pre-concert Audio/Visual presentation on how the music for Sesame Street is made.
